Spanish Eyes
Eva has serious issues with her mother. They’re both single mums, and Eva blames her being a complete screw up on the fact she doesn’t know who her father is.
But Anna has her reasons for not telling her daughter about her origins. Eva was born as the result of a brutal gang rape.
Yet as Anna watches her daughter’s anorexia and the deteriorating relationship between Eva and her own 5 year old son, Boris, she knows she has to do something.
Together, they open Pandora’s box and travel back to Australia, to Eva’s birthplace and the past Anna has worked so hard to erase.
In a gripping climax, the women confront Anna’s attackers. Emotions run high, but the end result is not quite what they expect. With everything out in the open, both women deal with their demons and find they can finally move on with their lives.
