Big Brekkie Muesli with Ocean Spray Craisins Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Kick-start your day with this nutritious mix and have all-day energy.

1 cup traditional rolled oats
1 cup bran

1 cup Ocean Spray Craisins Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped unblanched almonds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup puffed rice
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

Gourmet lamb sausages

Roll the sausages in Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.

Craisins  Pesto

½ cup pine nuts

½ cup Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries

1 clove garlic.

½ cup olive oil

1 large bunch Italian Parsley

Zest of lemon

Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until all ingredients are coarsely mixed together.

Drizzle the craisins pesto over the sausages and eggs and serve with a crusty bread. Top this tasty breakfast off with a chilled glass of Ocean Spray Classic Cranberry juice.
