CRISPY, CRUNCHY CHICKEN MUNCHIE KEBABS
Per skewer you need:
4 Chicken Munchies- available from the freezer section of
your supermarket
2 orange segments
2 broccoli florets
3 cherry tomatoes
3 seedless green grapes
- Cook Chicken Munchies according to the instructions on the packet until crisp and golden. Cooked from frozen Ingham Munchies usually take approx. 20 minutes.
- Cook Broccoli in boiling salted water for 4 minutes and drain well
- Peel and segment orange.
- Place all ingredients alternately on the skewers and serve with a wee pot of your child’s favourite sauce (tomato, sweet chilli, lemon mayonnaise)
Tip: For young children snip off the sharp point on a wooden skewer before serving.

INGHAM BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CHICKEN KIEV WITH RED PEPPER SAUCE
1 pack of Ingham Broccoli & Cheese Chicken Kiev
- Cook Ingham Chicken Broccoli & Cheese Kiev as per packet instructions, approx. 20 minutes.
Sauce
4 red peppers (if you are pushed for time, you can buy pre roasted ones from the deli)
4 Tbsp olive oil
½ cup blanched almonds, toasted for 7 minutes at 170C
1 Tbsp golden syrup
1 tsp toasted ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
freshly ground pepper
