Amanda Turner and Hughie Blues have been in the Bay ten years and operating Waikokopu Cafe for the last eight. From it's inception were focused on catering to the local market as
well as tourists visiting Waitangi.
The food is modern cafe fare with a Pacific Rim fusion theme,
featuring an abundance of seafood. The cafe also out-caters
and does weddings along with cooking demonstrations
