Conditions of entry: 1. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or over. 2. Employees of Freedom Air, Pacific Magazines, Zest New Holland Pictures, participating companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. 3. Each prize will consist of two economy class return tickets from Auckland to Gold Coast flying Freedom Air and three nights accommodation at Artique Resort Apartments. 4. All prizes exclude travel/transport to and from Auckland Airport, transfers to and from Gold Coast Airport and Artique Resort Apartments which are the responsibility at the expense of the prizewinner. 5. The prize does not include ticketed taxes, which is the responsibility of the prizewinner. The winner will be responsible  for payment of these taxes to Freedom Air prior to the issuance and receipt of tickets. If the taxes are not paid the prize is forfeited. The prize does not include departure taxes, insurances, meals, beverages, spending money or other travel expenses incurred in taking the prize. All ancillary costs are the responsibility of the prizewinner. 6. Once the tickets are issued the travel dates cannot be changed. 7. The prize tickets are subject to the availability at the time of booking. 7. The prize is not transferable and not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 8. To be eligible to redeem the prize all entrants into the competition must possess a passport (with appropriate visas if necessary) which is valid for the time of travel. Seats will be allocated to prizewinner's on first come basis 9. The prize winner and companion must travel together on the same flight. 10. Competition closes Wednesday 12th April 2006.  11. All contestants release Zest New Holland Pictures and Freedom Air, and indemnify Zest New Holland Pictures and Freedom Air against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. 12. All entries become the property of Zest New Holland Pictures.
