The Age of Aquarius is almost over!

It's going to be a while before we get a new bathroom, and while there are some aspects of the little blue room that are fantastic, it needs a face lift. With the help of Freedom furniture, we are going to eliminate the ugly bits and pieces and highlight the good.

Maybe Geoff should stick to dressing rooms?

First of all we removed all of the granny handles, towel rail, toothbrush holder, and the white shelves above the bath.

Secondly we dealt with the most obvious problem in the bathroom…that loud wallpaper that overwhelms the small room. We thought it would be fun to keep a momento of the 70’s, for the time being, so we kept one wall as a feature wall, and painted the remaining walls with Levene’s Paint “Slip cast”.

Finally to finish the bathroom off, Our Place’s Geoff and Gabrielle from Freedom Furniture added some final touches to our 70’s inspired bathroom.
