'At World's End' Premiere in Denmark

The World Premiere of ‘At Worlds End’ was held on 30th September in Copenhagen at the Imperial Cinema.

The premiere was a charity event attended by many famous Danes. Among them, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended as well as one Frederik’s ex-girlfriends, Danish pop singer Maria Montell.

Based on a script by Anders Thomas Jensen, the adventure/comedy film tells of a frantic chase through a remote rainforest in pursuit of a precious flower said to give eternal life. In the lead roles are Nikolaj Lie Kaas, Nikolaj Coster Waldau, Birgitte Hjort Sørensen, Kee Chan, Nicolas Bro and Steven Berkoff.

At World's End is an official German/Australian co-production between New Holland Pictures, M&M Productions (Denmark) and K5 (Germany) and was filmed largely in Queensland in October/November 2008. It is due for Australian release in April 2010.
