BILLE BROWN as JAMES HALL

 

Bille began working in film just over a decade ago, having built a reputation as one of Australia’s finest theatre actors.

In 1997 he landed his first film role in Fred Schepisi’s Fierce Creatures and subsequently featured in Gillian Armstrong’s Oscar and Lucinda that same year and Peter Duncan’s Passion in 1999.  Other film roles include The Dish (2000), The Man who Sued God and Serenades in 2001, Dirty Deeds (2002), Unfinished Sky (2007) as well as The Pessimist in 2009.

Bille's television credits include The Farm, BlackJack, Heartbeat and Australia's popular drama series All Saints. He has just finished filming The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader which is due for release in December 2010.

Before film, Bille was a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company in London and Stratford, has appeared on Broadway in New York and is also an acclaimed writer of plays. Broadway.
